How pricing works

Good to know

Why don’t you list prices?

Because a shop with 20 products and no emails needs something very different from one with 500 products and an old email tool. After the free check, you get one fixed price for exactly what we agree — so you never pay for things you don’t need.

How do payments work?

For one-off projects: half to start, half when everything is live and you’re happy. Monthly care is billed at the start of each month.

What about Klaviyo and Shopify costs?

Your Shopify plan, apps and Klaviyo account are yours and billed to you directly, so you always own your store and your customer list. Klaviyo has a free plan to get started.

Can I cancel monthly care?

Yes. There’s a three-month minimum, because email results take a little time to show — after that you can stop any time with a month’s notice.
