Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. It’s how I show what I do: real stores, real problems, honest fixes. If you’d like the fix made live on your store afterwards, I can do that as a small paid job, but there’s no obligation.
Will you change anything on my store?
No. I only look at your public pages, like any customer. In the video I show the fix in my own browser, so nothing changes on your store.
What if my store isn’t picked?
You’ll still get a quick personal tip by email: the first thing I’d fix. I pick one store a week, so the video may take a little while.
